… you’re doing it all wrong!

When done consciously, your breath is an incredibly powerful tool. And breathwork is a practice that can alter your energy, stress levels, emotions and well being. 

I know, I know – breathwork sounds like some far-out, woo-woo nonsense. I was a total skeptic until I actually tried it myself. Holy epiphany, Batman!

At first, my Type-A mind was spinning – “Am I belly breathing right? Wait, I’m thinking about my breath. That means I’m in my head, not my body. I’m supposed to be in my body!” 

But then a wave of calm came over me, I became deeply present and in synch with my body like never before.

And now I’m obsessed with breathwork! It’s my free, portable life hack that I use when I can’t sleep, I’m in an anxiety spin, I’m fighting with my son, even when I’m getting a Brazilian. It’s this magical tool that everyone absolutely needs to know about. 

So take a nice, deep breath with me and let’s begin…
