We’re 5 million strong (with 2 million between 45-55 navigating menopause in Canada alone). We’re not just employees – we’re the backbone of critical sectors, holding institutional knowledge and mentoring tomorrow’s leaders.
WE WILL NOT BE INTERRUPTED
For too long, unmanaged menopause symptoms have sparked an economic outage – costing the Canadian economy $3.5 billion annually; $237 million in productivity, and $3.3 billion in income. And the stigma silences us: 67% won’t talk to supervisors, 70% avoid HR conversations, and almost half feel too embarrassed to ask for support that could make all the difference.
